The ASAP Fitness 8-Week Bounce Back was designed to help shed body fat, gain lean muscle mass, and most importantly, to get your body and mind ready for trunks and bikini season!

How does it work?

This program is broken up into bi-weekly phases, beginning with a Reconditioning Phase, followed by a Hypertrophy Phase, then a Strength Phase, and finally ending with Undulating Periodization - which embodies hypertrophy, strength, HIIT, and Cardio all in one phase - totaling 8 weeks of hard work, sweat, and ultimately - RESULTS!

Who is this program for?


If you can commit to 60-90 minutes a day, 5-days a week, for 8-weeks, then this program is for you!

Do I need equipment?


Here are the specifics...

You will need access to a full gym, and cardio equipment. This was not made for beginners. The intensity and complexity of this program makes it more suitable for intermediate and advanced individuals who have experience with weight lifting and pushing their bodies and minds past their comfort levels.
